HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU!

My dearest Friends and Supporters...thank you! I never get tired of saying THANK YOU! Before, I get into the facts of the project, let me just tell you the story of the little girl second to the right in this picture (she’s the brunette singing with her hands ready to clap).
This girl was found in the streets, she was naked with her teeth knocked out, in the middle of February! Besides the obvious questions that come to mind, like who could do such an evil thing, I am thankful that we have been able to do something special for her and hundreds like her. However, her story doesn’t end there. Right now, a family from Portland, Oregon is trying to adopt her. However, after all the paper work in America, they find twice as much here in Ukraine.

Inna, the would-be mother, has been here since November 15th, 2005 trying to finalize this adoption. One thing about Ukraine—it is not easy for Internationals to adopt children.
Therefore, I am asking that we pray for this little precious girl so that she can be adopted quickly into this Christian family.

Remember all these children in your prayers each day!

Some facts—we raised $4,860 for gifts for kids—that’s 243, $20 gifts!!! We donated $700 to the Homeless Street Kids—with food, gifts, and a presentation of the Gospel (where about 25% raised their hands to pray and ask Jesus to be their Savior and Lord). Some Father’s House staff and I went out and purchased gifts, wrapped them, and gave them out with Santa—Monday, December 26th. There were some 70 plus gifts given, totaling around $1,400 spent on this project. (a direct answer to prayer for them)

The last project, which I planned to do at the State Orphanage here, I am being advised to do it for other private Christian Orphanages, because the Ukrainian Government gave large amounts of gifts to the State Orphanages this year. There are small Christian Orphanages in other little cities that are not well-funded that could really use and appreciate gifts this Christmas. So...please keep this next project in prayer.

Alright – Many Blessings to you and yours this Christmas Season

In Christ,

Rick
