In the month of April, I spoke in 5 different churches and the response from Christian brothers and sisters was wonderful. In May and June I have another 7 churches to speak in! However, July and August is not yet booked, please continue to pray for more churches to join in. If support continues to grow in like fashion, I should make the goal of moving full-time to Kiev, Ukraine by this September. We are still working on getting ACH withdrawals established for this ministry – for those who have asked about it. Thanks for your willingness to send checks or credit card numbers in the meantime. One-time gifts have been adding to up too. J We need a little over $10,000 saved up for moving costs to Ukraine…and so far around $2,600 has built up. As some of you might know, missionaries have to have their monthly support at their goals before they can leave. The goal is $2,000 monthly support, so far, we believe around $1,000 monthly has been pledged. However, it is difficult to know for sure because some people have pledged and not yet given. Personally, I know feeling of “stealing from Peter to pay Paul”, but I don’t want any misunderstandings either. If you have pledged but are waiting to give until after I move to Ukraine, then there is no way to count your support now (besides it’s saved for moving costs). If you simply don’t have your pledge one month, just send a check for a few dollars, that way we know you plan on giving but are currently short. And if you changed your mind, just drop us a note.
