Hello friends of Rick Schwendinger, this is Isaac Wall (cousin
and friend of Rick). I asked Rick if I could address his
supporters in behalf of Impact Ministries International. I have
been Rick’s friend throughout his life and have had the
opportunity to sit under leadership in a youth group, and
recently at Lima Union Church where he was the senior pastor.

Rick has been an influential and necessary part of my spiritual
growth throughout the years. Specifically, when I was a teenager
and went through my “questionable teenage years” Rick was a
spiritual mentor that helped me come back to the Lord.
Eventually, he performed my wedding to my beautiful bride and lovely
wife, Britney. Later, when I was deployed to Iraq, I knew that Rick
and the Lima Union Church supported me through prayers, letters, and
care packages that were vital to my well-being overseas.
Since I have been back in the States, I
have learned of Rick’s passion for the lost in Ukraine. I was sad to
hear that he was leaving Lima Union and moving so far from me.
However, I have realized that I can be a part of his life and
ministry in Ukraine through my prayers and financial
support! Paul was clear when he wrote in Romans 10:13:
For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." 14 How
then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how
shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall
they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless
they are sent?
I know Rick is doing a job maybe most of us
are not able – so we are the SENDERS who Christ empowers to give
Ministries like this the Tools to GO and PREACH the WORD of
GOD! This is my duty to the Lord and I am thankful that you have
made the same decision as I have. Therefore, I am encouraging you
who support this mission, continue to do so in good faith as unto
the Lord, as He will bless you exceedingly and abundantly more than
you ask or imagine (Eph. 3:19-21).
