Greetings Family and Friends,
There are many updates I want to share with you – but the coolest by far is that I used Google Maps to show where I live and common places I go and things I have done…all you have to do is go to this link:
Once there, you can zoom in on where I live and what’s around me – and clink on the blue markers to read about that area, I even have links to videos of some of the areas…from MySpace, it’s pretty cool! I took some time on it – so check it out and you will learn a great deal more about my city called KIEV!
About our honeymoon and support – July was – oddly enough, one of the worst months for support in a long time – But GOD is GOOD and so are those who GAVE us wedding gifts – it seems that with the wedding gifts that were sent to Impact – I made my budget just perfectly – so, no matter what I made my budget of $1,200 from Impact. Of course, some people gave on my wedding site…so we had $235 dollars extra for our honeymoon itself. As to why we got a honeymoon – Tanya’s Parents decided to pay for our Plane Ticket and all-inclusive Hotel Resort in Turkey. If it wasn’t for her parents we would have stayed in Kiev – so we are very grateful for that time – it’s a special time for newly weds, I recommend it to everyone getting marriedJ My family also gave us some money…which helped pay for our wedding. Therefore, we don’t have any debt from our wedding or honeymoon – we Praise God for all those who gave a little extra to make this month special for us…we are praying for you everyday as a family!
Much love,
Rick and Tanya Schwendinger
