My friends,
There are many things on my heart these days - and a lot of you know and care for me - so please send up words to the Father. As you know, I will be married soon and there are many transitions that go along with that - some of which include - making my home a little more livable, paying for a wedding (up to $3,000 is the latest estimate) - and just the stress of Russian school and supporters needing prayer back in the USA.
Anyway, even if I am silent - I am still here and needing Jesus to keep working miracles. English Club is going good and we are getting new members all the time. I am excited about. I am also thinking of starting to teach English for money - quite frankly it pays well - like $10-20 an hour - and even though it takes a few hours outside of class to prepare - I simply need the money.
I have had some serious trials with the Insurance company here - and with getting paper work done for the wedding - they just don't understand simplicity here - everything that can be done with one paper in the States, needs 5 here - and all the papers have to be done at different places in the city - and only from 9-12 noon, on certain days - like Friday or Tuesday - and of course - never Wednesday...because that is the day I have free from School and could accomplish it without tons of stress and missing school.
ok - so I digress - many, I have been a little discouraged because of the cold weather - it was in the 40's all month and there was NO HEAT in my house - which created a little extra pain in the brain.
alright - blessings, need to get going- to send up some prayers and let the Lord be the Lord - and pray I find money somewhere for all that is required of me in the next few months:) Rick out
