I just want to update a picture of some of the souvenirs that I have to sell for this Year's Christmas project. The eggs are $50, the Nativity Eggs are $75 and the larger Jesus 'egg' is $100 - half goes to kid's directly for their Christmas presents. Thanks for looking and I hope you get one of these before I fly back to Ukraine on December 14th:)
+ 0 - 0 | § ¶My CAR SITUATION - Prayers Needed!
Dear Friends,
First, Becky is doing better and we thank you for the prayers – she did have some flu symptoms but was better by this Sunday – however, keep praying for her and the baby – it is still a serious situation!
The rest of the family has recovered from the flu. Praise God.
Now, I NEED some prayers for my car in Ukraine. I know this might seem small but this is my biggest investment in Ukraine – and I don’t want to lose it. As you know – I purchased a car for ministry over there this summer and had an unbelievable amount of problems getting it registered – but the registration only lasted 3 months.
Basically, the SITUATION COULDN’T BE WORSE – even if the devil himself planned it. The guy who was suppose to help me, has failed miserable the past 5 weeks to do anything (not to mention from the very beginning 4 months ago)– but took my papers. Now, where my car is parked – police have asked for the papers – (and yes, the Police can just take your car and it’s gone for no papers!!!!) Why the police have asked for my parked car’s papers, I have no idea – and why this other guy lies and does nothing – I have no idea – but simply put – today (Monday) is an important day in my life of my car (as one of my friends will try to get the papers back and show the police, even though they are expired). The Next few weeks is important too – (If I still have it) – getting it registered has been way more than a thorn in my flesh. Not to mention – after saving and having donations for 2 years – to not be able to USE or EVEN SELL my car – could really prove to make me angry.
Please remember this car situation – pray for my friends, enemies, police, and the Lord’s will be done – and the devil to stop with this nonsense.
I have many Children Christmas Projects to do when I get back in less than 10 days to Ukraine – and with no car – it will make this very difficult again – not to mention the stress of trying to work on this car situation. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for your prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need them – even for myself…because it is hard not being able to do something…while in the USA.

Merry Christmas One and ALL!
Wow—another month has pasted! Another year has almost pasted, and we are getting ready for 2007—can you believe it? The next few months will be incredible busy—I speak at Cornerstone Foursquare in Prairie du Chien-December 3rd, and drive to Zumbro Falls, MN—December 6th, for 7:00 PM service, then December 10th I will be sharing at the Bethlehem E &R and Lancaster Congregational Church. I fly out December 14th for Kiev, Ukraine. We have our first Christmas project December 27th, at Arena City, downtown Kiev. More projects in January—plus, I start my Russian language, 35-hours a week, school—January 8th. Could really use the prayers this holiday season.
The CHRISTMAS PROJECT: Giving presents to the homeless and orphaned children!
My Dear Partners, As you know—the push for funds for Orphan/homeless children projects is on. So far, over $1,500 has been donated (probably more, I have not been updated completely). That means over 75 kids will receive gifts of $20 or more*. I appreciate the kindness of your hearts and love of those who can’t defend themselves in this world. You must remember this powerful verse in the Bible: James 1:27, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
A few updates you might be interested in: Arena City Casino is going to provide $50 gifts for the orphans that come to the December 27th party. We started with the number of 70 kids, however, they said that “no one older than 12” can come—this created many problems and shut out about 40-50 of the kids at Father’s House. Please pray that they change their minds, or some good solution can be arranged when I get back.
Next, I met with the Chairman of ACT-UA, based out of Green Bay, WI and Kiev. Mr. Earl would like to work with me on starting a home for the street children in Kiev—by going out and asking them to come in and feeding them, housing them, etc. This is a huge project and would like prayers to know how to proceed. *IF YOU GIVE, DO SO BEFORE DEC. 31, 2006
Current prayers!
· Ukraine...its Government, people, churches, and continued growth in Jesus/salvation.
· MY CAR in Ukraine - Registration, papers, and no police or theif can touch it! Also, Safety for traveling-here and there
· The English Club—still going strong, pray for more and more people:)
· Orphanage Projects—for the funding, the people to help with wrapping gifts, setting up projects, and all the kids, for their needs/dreams/wants to be realized (and 4 salvations most of all).
· Preaching—for the next 3 church meetings and other meetings with Arena City, and ACT-UA.
· My Family—my sister-in-law, Becky– as she has had complications and health issues with her current pregnancy. Pray for health, no miscarriage, and no more flu for her family.
BIG THANKS—to all those who welcomed me. For all the gifts and offerings—and special thanks to New Beginning Church of God in Prairie Du Chien, WI—for their invitation to share with them. And, New Life Assembly of God in Reedsburg, WI—great churches, with great people - and they helped this mission a lot - I praise God for faithful supporters and prayer warriors...this mission would fail without them/you:)!!!
