+ 9 - 11 | § ¶HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!
Well, there is a lot to be THANKFUL FOR!!!!!!!! FIRST, I am alive, pretty healthy and doing what I dreamed to do since I was a kid. There are always issues and problems in life - but we press on towards the goal - to Know Christ Jesus! I am glad that I have the chance to experience Thanksgiving in America this year - I don't know if I will be able to do it for a while - a few years at least - unless by some miracle I can do a short trip home again. God has blessed me to share this Thanksgiving with Jason and Sena - (I am including some pictures of the golfing we did the other day near were they live in Lantana, TX). Really, really - we have a lot to be Thankful for - electricity for one - this web-network, i.e. internet for 2 - and the list of little blessings can go on and on. But, what am I most thankful for this season? It is really a toss up - of course, there is always the fact that Jesus saved my soul, gave me truth, a new life, and inner happiness that no one can take away - that's always the best - but other great thing would be - my first real exclusive relationship - with a girl named Tanya - she's a beauty and very preicous to me (yes, She's My Preicous) - although I don't obsess like Golum or anything - I am quite taken by her heart for God and her love for me. I must tell you more about her - but I just wanted to share a few pictures of us and let you know - those who prayed for years that I would find a good woman - well, I think I have!!! It is always exciting to experience all the "first's" with someone new - like our first meal, our first time we said we liked each other - the first time we ate at McDonald's - the first time I cooked for her, and the first time she cooked for me - our first little notes to each other, or first little gifts (teddy bears, of course) - and the chance to give flowers to a girl (that was neither my mother, or "old friend") - - -
We spent a lot of time together the last two months before I came to America, and learned a lot about each other. Of course, we have a lot of the same goals, we think a lot alike about life, church, family, money, and food (of course, I had to add food):):) - Anyway, she is simple - and true and pure and honest. She is a little shy at first glance and looks young for being 23 years old - but all this adds to her charm that has won me over. So, I am excited to let you officially know about our relationship (if you don't already) and I hope to tell you more in the future - I pray all good things. Please remember us in your prayers...as we get more and more serious about each other - it's a little scarry for me - to actually be getting this serious in a relationship - it's all new to me - really.
