Greetings my WJTY Listeners...
If you heard me on the radio yesterday - around 11:30am-12:10pm - then, I am going to give you the updated information. First, thanks for listening, for supporting WJTY and for your interest in this mission to Ukraine. Ukraine needs all the love and help it can get:) Anyway, this Sunday, November 12th, I will be speaking at Living Faith Church, located behind Subway, just off the main street in Fennimore, WI. The service starts at 10:00AM. I hope to tell more Ukraine, let some questions come my way, show the 10-minute video of last year's Christmas projects to the homeless and orphans of Ukraine - and share some words of the Bible! It should be a great time - oh, another thing - I carry with me Souvenirs - (those dolls that open up and have 5 insided, called Russian Nesting dolls in America - and hand-painted "eggs") - I give a doll to anyone who donates over $50 and there are two sizes of "eggs" - the smaller one is for anyone who donates over $75 and the larger is for $100. Anyway, they are a great way to remember to pray for me and Ukraine -
Also, if you want to be put on my mailing list -and recieve my Newletter in the mail every month - which has prayer requests, and pictures and updates - just email me your address at pastorike@hotmail.com -
Lastly - don't forget that you can always just donate online here - go to the "donate now" on the front page and you will have all the information you desire:)
Any questions?
I will include some pictures of the souvenirs for you - to look at!
Bless you, Rick

On November 5th - most of my family got together at my sister Teresa's house in Madison, WI - to see Zoe Ann, and have a little celebration for my birthday, November 6th - at which time I turned 31! I know, can it be true?, I feel like a 20 year old, act like a 15 year old, but have the debt of a 25 year old College grad:) Anyway, Blue River Valley Church allowed me to speak to them for 35-40 minutes on Sunday, 11-05 - and I am posting pictures of me in front of their beautiful country church. They were quite generous with their gifts towards the Orphan project and have supported my mission monthly for around a year and a half!!! They are much like my Lima Union (nicknamed Lima Bean, by a friend of mine) Congregational Church - country, Christian folk are the salt of the earth...for sure. I plan to speak at 5 more churches before I fly back to Kiev, Ukraine - on December 14th. Anyway, my brother gave me a birthday card, and I quote, "you're a wonderful brother (outside), and to think I once almost traded you for a peanut butter sandwish (inside) - that about sums up my life:) !!! I am a keeper, although sometimes, people wonder...they might want that tasty, peanut butter sandwich instead - and yes, Ukraine still does not have Peanut Butter, and yes, I eat a PB and J sandwich every morning there...PB is like creamy gold to me there - I must always take some with me or ask people to bring it when they fly over. Bless you - keep up the support and prayers...our Nation needs it more than ever now - America didn't give me a very good birthday present this election year:( But, thankfully...our Nation's founders are in Heaven and we can see them and complain someday:) Well, anyway...I digress...too much rambling...you want that PB sandwich now? peace, Rick
